Kaitlyn is the Founder and Managing Director of KORDE.

At KORDE, Kaitlyn partners with CEOs and Executives to move quickly, transform complexity into clear, actionable solutions, and drive measurable results. Specialising in strategy, reputation, brand, corporate affairs, and marketing, enabling businesses to take rapid action to achieve their vision with agility and precision.

Before founding KORDE, Kaitlyn was the Director of Strategic Growth, Corporate Affairs, and Marketing. Working for Tier 1 companies in the property industry, she has been instrumental in diversifying businesses into new markets, restructuring and leading high performing teams, and driving consistency and operational efficiencies – including the integration of CRM systems and AI tools to accelerate growth.

Kaitlyn’s deep industry expertise and extensive network stem from leadership roles and active involvement in organisations such as the Property Council of Australia and her tenure as a Board Member of the Australian Constructors Association. She holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance, along with executive education from Harvard Business School and the Australian Company Directors Course.

She believes that the intersection of data and intuition is the key to success – empowering businesses to move fast, think creatively, and make confident, strategic decisions that deliver lasting impact.
