A seasoned executive and trusted advisor, she has worked closely with NSW Government Ministers, senior executives across State and Federal Government agencies, and international organisations on matters that attracted national and global attention.
With a career spanning complex public and private sector environments, Tracey has successfully designed and delivered integrated communication and engagement strategies across a diverse range of sectors. Her expertise includes strategic communication, issues and media management, stakeholder and community engagement, and internal and change communication for organisational transformation and the implementation of major policy reform and legislative change.
As General Manager of ECF Australia, Tracey leads a team of experienced communication and engagement practitioners with decades of expertise working across complex operating environments.
